The greatest achievement though was the absence of headaches. I’d always suffered from them for years. I remember once having a headache which lasted over three weeks; I’d go to bed and wake up with it the next day. Doctors suggested paracetemol throughout the day which made absolutely no difference; so I suffered. Being free now from these headaches makes the whole programme worthwhile. Maria Costa
